We take your concerns very seriously. If for any
reason you find our product, or our service, to be not up to your
standards we invite you to return the product within 14 days from when
it was shipped to you. For safety concerns, we cannot accept returns on
cartridges, bottle e-liquid, or used atomizers. Our policy excludes these
items.
At your option, you may receive a refund, excluding shipping
charges, or a replacement if available. We do require when you return
your product to have the original packaging in good condition within
reason, and a copy of the original invoice sent with your order. Not
having these may prevent us from issuing your refund or replacement.
Refunds will be issued within 10 business days after the return of the
item.
Refunds processed for items returned that were unable to be received
by a person of legal smoking age or other reasons will be subject to a
10% restocking fee, as well as exclude shipping charges.
