Tracking your order has never been easier, after ordering you'll receive a confirmation message to either your e-mail or phone number depending on your choice during check out. Typically the next business day you'll receive an e-mail letting you know your order has been shipped with a link to track your order.

Unfortunately we do not ship outside Canada. We'd love to ship to other countries but regulations and limitations on the e-cigarette and e-liquid industry are constantly changing and evolving. With these constantly shifting regulation changes we focus solely on the Canadian e-cigarette market.

Vapor North offers flat rate shipping prices to ensure you get your package without breaking the bank. Simply spend at least $20 sub-total and receive the following options;

• $6 Flat Rate Expedited Shipping
• $15 Flat Rate Xpress Shipping
• Free Shipping for orders over $100 sub-total
  

Vapor North ships out of Pickering, Ontario. Typically orders are shipped out the next business day and take 2-4 business days on average to reach you with our slowest shipping speed. Xpress shipping will get your order delivered faster. During check out you will see estimated shipping times depending on your location.

Vapor North sends all of our packages through Canada Post. We understand that Canada Post can be frustrating for some who prefer other carriers. However in order to provide the lowest possible shipping costs, Vapor North has partnered with Canada Post. We do not ship with other carriers at the moment.

E-cigarettes and E-liquid can be confusing with all the options they offer. We understand that sometimes mistakes happen and we're happy to help.

Unfortunately we cannot make additions to orders through our system for security reasons, but we are happy to help you place a supplemental order to merge with your original order. If you would like to add to your order, please send us an e-mail at contact@vapornorth.com and we will provide you with a free shipping code you can use and we will merge your orders together.

Yes you will need to sign for your order, please be aware that when your order is delivered you will be required to show I.D. to ensure you are of Legal Smoking Age in your Province. Your I.D. must match the name on the shipping label for it to be released to you. We understand this is an inconvenience and we appreciate your help in ensuring this product stays out of the hands of minors. With your understanding we are building a safe e-cigarette community and fostering it's growth.

Unfortunately because of the sensitive nature of our products, we can not leave orders unattended at your door.

If you are unable to be home at the time of delivery, don't worry. Canada Post will leave a card letting you know where you can pick up your package, typically this will be your closest Post Office but often can be inside other establishments such as Shoppers Drug Mart. The card will inform you of the address and time you can retrieve your package.

We take your concerns very seriously. If for any reason you find our product, or our service, to be not up to your standards we invite you to return the product within 14 days from when it was shipped to you. For safety concerns, we cannot accept returns on cartridges, bottle e-liquid, or used atomizers. Our policy excludes these items.

At your option, you may receive a refund, excluding shipping charges, or a replacement if available. We do require when you return your product to have the original packaging in good condition within reason, and a copy of the original invoice sent with your order. Not having these may prevent us from issuing your refund or replacement. Refunds will be issued within 10 business days after the return of the item.

Refunds processed for items returned that were unable to be received by a person of legal smoking age or other reasons will be subject to a 10% restocking fee, as well as exclude shipping charges.

We understand Paypal is a very popular and convenient way to pay for items online. We would love to offer this option, however Paypal does not allow e-cigarette or e-liquid companies to process payments on their platform.
